What solar actually costs on your roof.

Local providers need a few things to be true before a quote means anything. Worth a call if these fit:

• You own the home — decisions about the roof have to come from the owner
• The home is in Houston or the surrounding metro
• There are no solar panels on it already
• The electricity bill runs over about $100 in a typical month
• The roof gets a reasonable amount of sun and is not shaded all day

If one of those does not fit, a local provider will not be able to do much with it, and there is no need to call. Better to read that here than to find out ten minutes into a phone call.

1. An automated assistant answers first and asks a few short questions about the home and the electricity bill. A couple of minutes, give or take. Calls may be recorded.
2. If the home fits what local providers are looking for, you are put through to one of them on the same call.
3. That provider handles the quote, any site visit, and the work itself. They are independent of Accendo Solar, and nothing is agreed on this call.

If the home is not a fit, the call ends there and nobody follows up. We do not call back, text, or add you to a list.
